We ONLY provide exchanges with any item online or in-store. We DO NOT provide full refunds, due to labor, workmanship and source costs.

Yes! Capri Jewelry Inc. prides itself in being the premier jewelry store of Los Angeles, CA. We carry a large selection of diamonds and gemstones, including lab-grown diamond engagement rings and lab-grown loose stones, of course including all other types of jewelry you can think of!

You can upgrade your ring anytime you like. We provide lifetime warranty on ALL jewelry purchased from us, and will provide 100% credit towards any future upgrades and purchases. For pieces made with Lab Grown Diamonds, and select fine jewelry, we will provide you with a 25% credit.

We offer free cleaning and inspection for all jewelry pieces purchased from us, which is recommended at least once every 12 months. If you are unable to physically stop by our location, simply bring water to a boil in a pot, and gently drop your jewelry in. Let the jewelry sit for 10-15 minutes while boiling and pat dry. You may also use a household glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and dirt.

The best and most convenient location to park is inside the underground parking structure at the Pershing Square, located right across South Hill Street (multiple entrances/exits). Daily rates are between $10 and $20. We unfortunately DO NOT validate parking, however we will cover parking costs if a purchase is made in-store.

YES! We do ship orders internationally and world-wide (except select locations/countries). Each order comes with a tracking number and is insured for the full value until received.

Capri Jewelry Inc. was founded and established by Gary in 1981. Gary a gemologist, who is a graduate of GIA (Gemological Institute Of America), has over 40+ years of experience. He started the business at just 18 years old, to showcase his passion, educate clients and provide quality and exclusive diamond jewelry.

We only buy jewelry and accept trade-ins for items that are in good condition. We are only able to buy jewelry if appropriate paperwork is accompanied and/or completed. For a quote, or to see if we would buy your jewelry item, we can only do so if you stop by in-person at our physical location in Los Angeles, CA.
