Due to labor costs, market prices as well as ever-changing demands for diamonds and jewelry, all sales are final and items CANNOT be returned for a full refund, except under special circumstances, such as a manufacture defect or workmanship error on our end. All of our jewelry pieces/items are made and sized to order.
To be eligible for an exchange with a different item, it must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as it was when you first received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
We ONLY exchange items or provide partial/full refunds in SOME cases. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/insuring costs for exchanging your item. Costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach us, may vary, however it usually takes 5-7 business days. Upon inspection of your undamaged, returned item(s), the appropriate credit will be issued.
Lifetime Warranty:
At Capri Jewelry we believe in complete customer satisfaction and peace of mind beyond the day of purchase, therefore, your engagement ring purchase is backed by our lifetime warranty. As a jewelry manufacturing company, Capri Jewelry recommends all clients to visit us every 6-12 months to maintain the beauty and integrity of their jewelry piece. As expected, this may be done by cleaning, polishing, retipping and/or tightening any and/or all loose stones, which is at no cost to you.
We certify that your center and side gems are securely mounted in it's setting. Should any stone (NOT INCLUDING THE CENTER) fall out from its setting due to workmanship errors, we will replace it free of charge. This does not include accidental damage, misuse or physical damage.
As with most jewelry pieces (though this may not always be the case), specifically engagement rings, the center stone almost always holds more value than its setting. Therefore, it is recommended to obtain insurance coverage for the possibility of loss, theft or damage which is not covered by Capri Jewelry. Apart from using your home-owners insurance to insure your jewelry piece, many of our clients take advantage of our partner, Jewelers Mutual a reliable and experienced jewelry insurance group, to protect their investment.
In addition, damage caused during sizing or services performed by someone other than Capri Jewelry will void this warranty. In simple terms, ALL Warranty is VOID if your jewelry is worked on by another jeweler.
